Zero to Print

This is exactly what I needed!!! I was getting so frustrated with color differences, and unpleasant surprises when images were printed, so much ink and paper were being wasted. Ben explains things in detail but also in way that is easy to follow along and understand. Thanks to Ben + Meg problem solved!!

Ben is such a great teacher. He is meticulous in his teaching, and doesn't assume we, his students, might no one little detail... in other words he covers everything... he goes from A to B to C... and doesn't assume we might already know how to start at A. He's masterful, articulate, and smart.

This video is the best purchase I've ever made ! It cleared all the fog around print, color profiles, soft proofing,.... I was an absolute rookie when it came down to printing, and I feel like I finally get it. It's a game-changer and a must-have. Even if you just sell digitals, it holds so much valid information that is necessary to save your images properly so your clients can get it printed right. Buy this video, now.

I would give this more than 5 stars if I could, that's how helpful this class was to me! I have been struggling for over a year with the color on my screen seeming so much better than other venues I have viewed my photos on, and I didn't know why. More importantly, I've been back and forth with the lab I use as to how to know that what I send them is what I will get back. They were helpful in part, but never mentioned color profiles specific to their printer. I was not familiar with Soft Proofing, and now I feel thrilled to understand all of this. This is no longer a source of great concern for me. Ben does a fabulous job of explaining it all, in terms of what you need to know and understand, and how to do it. He also assures you that some of it you don't need to know what the technical term means, just that it plays an important part and which one(s) to use. Whether you print your own photos, or send them out to be printed, this class is a must for understanding that what you see is what you're going to get.
