Foundations of Creating No Sew Costumes - January 2023

Join Aimee Johnson in a private immersive group experience where you will work together to learn to create beautiful costumes with NO SEWING!! This Foundations course is open to ALL skill levels, and each level will learn and benefit from this month with Aimee!

Foundations of No Sew Costumes will begin on January 9th and will continue for 4 weeks. Each Tuesday, Aimee will post an instructional video and Aimee will be available in the private group throughout the month to answer questions.

Week 1 – Dress Tossing

*Types of fabrics/skirts/dresses that work best for tossing
*Tips and Techniques for tossing
*These techniques can be used with the other fabrics this month

Week 2 – Using scarves and fabric to create tops

Week 3 – No-Sew Dressmaking

*How to style fabric to make dresses using no sewing at all
*Types of fabric that work best

Week 4 – More no-sew dress ideas

*How to add short “sleeves”
*How to make a kimono dress

The link to join the group will be available on the course page once you purchase the workshop. You will have to provide your email address AND secret code provided in order to join the private group! You will be approved individually, shortly BEFORE the experience begins.
