Foundations of Creating Composite Houses - March 2023

Join Maruschke Barnard in a private immersive group experience where you will work together to learn the basics of creating your own houses in your composites!! This Foundations course is open to ALL skill levels, and each level will learn and benefit from this month with Maruschke!

Foundations of Creating Composite Houses will begin on March 7th and will continue for 4 weeks. Each Tuesday, Maruschke will post an instructional video and each Monday, a critique video from Maruschke will be posted.

Week 1: March 7 - How to take a photo of an object to use in your photo as well as using that object in your photos and creations. Creating a cactus house and environment. adding windows, a door, shadows and highlights where necessary.

Week 2: March 14 - Building an easter egg house and environment, adding windows and a door. Highlighting and shadows, flowers and creating the perfect colours to tie the photo together.

Week 3: March 21 - Maruschke will teach you how to make a house in a tree with a lemon. I am putting in a window, adding some little creatures to bring the photo together, and adding light and shadows where necessary. Adding a subject to your creation.

Week 4: March 28 - Creating a shoe house with a nighttime scene. creating light in the windows and adding some highlights to add depth to your image.

A file detailing how to join the course group and the secret code will be available to download as a PNG file after purchase. You will have to provide your email address AND the secret code provided in order to join the private group! You will be approved individually, shortly BEFORE the experience begins.
